360º communication for a wonderful bakery, where Nooke was responsible for all the communication and visual identity, from the concept, design and ambience of the store. We also developed the entire strategy and initial digital presence, reaching more than 110k likes on social networks by exploring the full potential of the products.

The Challenge

With all this digital presence, we were challenged to increase online sales, reverting the public's engagement to effective purchases. Detailed pictures of the delicious products were worked on the social networks, with the intention of awakening the will in the followers, but we needed to direct this will to a more direct and commercial purchase channel.

The Solution

To channel digital engagement into sales, we created a new model of service via WhatsApp, introducing a new communication portal between the store and the public. In 2018, this feature was not as explored among competitors and with the use of this channel we generated +400 orders in less than a month. With the growth of order requests growing + 25% per month with this strategy, we were able to identify which times, audience profiles and products with the greatest purchase intention, which enabled the development of new digital marketing strategies. This online service strategy, in addition to facilitating communication between the client and the company, allows us to identify which media were generating more purchasing intentions and also whether media investments were having a return on such actions.
